Lots of connections were made this past weekend as Gospel Sister duo Signature, comprised of sisters Bonnie and Michelle, partnered with Pathways, an organization that serves 1,200-1,500 women and children annually who experience homelessness in the Birmingham, AL area.
The duo prepared and served meals for 50 people (women and children) in an effort to help continue the organization’s mission to end homelessness for women and children through hospitality, housing and hope.
“I was honored to serve the women and children of Pathways,” states group member Bonnie. “To see them enjoy a hot meal, smile and sing with us brought my heart so much joy.” Michelle adds: “Serving the women and children was an incredibly humbling experience. Having an opportunity to minister, serve, worship with, and hug these families is something I’ll never forget.”
Hailing from Birmingham, Alabama, Signature, continues to travel across the country promoting their current Billboard Top 25 radio single “Show Me The Way,” which has spent 15 weeks in the Top 30 on Billboard’s Gospel Airplay charts.
