Shurnelle Spencer was born in Dominica and grew up in the Island of Trinidad. From a young age she developed a love for things of an artistic nature such as Art, Music and Poetry. Throughout her schooling she has took every opportunity to grow her talent. However she discovered her “voice” when her father passed away in 2010.Music became a refuge for her through that difficult time. Within the past seven years Shurnelle has developed her musical gifts. She serves as a worship leader and has a passion for reaching others through music. She has spent time within the gospel arena singing backgrounds vocals for different artist, including international singer ” Vashawn Mitchell” and local gospel artist as well. She has been writing for the past 3 years and is now venturing out as a solo artist. She believes that God has place this song in her heart to bring joy to all those viewing.
